Hello, I have an ORICO-BM2C3-G2 enclosure (10Gbps), the chip is RTL9210 with no letters. Wich firmware and config should I use?

The problem is, it was not working with my laptop. I tried updating it with several firmwares from this topic, with most of them it is recognized by laptop but works on usb 2.0 speed only. I have eventually installed 1.25 and it seems to work fine, speeds are not geat though (400 MB/s read). So I'd like to try something newer, could anyone please help?

@TheDoomSlayer

hi
I think you should double check if you enclouser use RTL9210B RTL9210BA(A or B).
Here there is a contacts from orico, i suggest you to send an email for a request.
From orico you should request the original firmware where you can find the config file for your device.

Hi all,
I allow myself to add that certain USB-C cable provided does not sound efficient to be able to have 10Gbs so try with another USB 3.2 cable (10Gbs) and also check that you are on a USB 3.2 port

Configuration
Asus Z790 Pro Art, Intel Cpu I7 14700K, Memoires 32Go Corsair DDR5 (6000Mhz CL30), Water-cooling Thermaright, nVidia Geforce RTX3060,  Alimentation Asus ROG 850W, Samsung SSD 990 Pro, SSD980 Pro, Clavier Roccat Vulkan , Souris Asus, Boitier NZXT H6, HP Creative SB Kratos Free Fibre 10Gb Cable CAT8/7, Switch 10/5/2.5Gbps, Casque Philips Fedelis.

@spike_V_sky

Thank you for your reply, I already sent an email to Orico before posting here.

This is my controller, is it A or B?

P.S.: I am not expecting it to perform at 10Gbps, I just need a suitable stable firmware
