Odd your serial number is AAAABBBB006E
I have three of these all from different sellers and they all had AAAABBBB0003

Thats the only diff

if you want to flash it just change the serial to AAAABBBB006E and 10 Mins
and it will match

36 45 is hex for 6E
66 is a hash

How can I correctly identify the Vendor ID, Product ID, and Device Revision?

Are the relative path used in the FW and Preload fields correct or do you need absolute path?

The only difference of your Nvram is your serial number is AAAABBBB006E
so it's 174C 2362 0100

but if you want to confirm you can see it here

The path's are fine if there is a problem it will say so when you click update

All you need to do is Click the Padlock password = asmedia

Change the serial number to AAAABBBB006E
Idle Timer 10 Mins

Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone here can help me with this.
My ASM2364 ORCIO Hub, M2PVC3-G20 ( www.amazon.com/dp/B08P1B5FQ9 ), won't be recognized by MPtool. I've tried all the versions from both here and usbdev.ru ( www.usbdev.ru/files/asmedia/asm2360mptool/ ). I'm not understanding what the problem is, as it is correctly recognized by Windows 10 on both of my laptops, the drive connected shows up fine on CrystalDiskInfo and ASM FW reader ( www.usbdev.ru/files/asmedia/asmfwreader/ ) reads and dumps the firmware fine.

@Shonk if you have any advice I'd greatly appreciate it. (I don't think mentioning works on this forum :/)

With Windows 11 23H2 or an antivirus, there is security which prevents the recognition of certain update utilities, I think you tried in administrator mode
For me it works without problem
