Nevermind, fixed it by using nvmupdatew64e with the -f (force) command.

I run into the exact same problem: "Shared Flash image update FAILED! Pointers in Shadow RAM are corrupted"

Do you have more details on how you were able to fix it? Which nvmupdate.cfg file did you use? The exact nvmupdatew64e.exe command line?
Thank you! 🙏🏻

I have an Intel NUC NUC12WSKi7, the original NVM was v1.85.
Before upgrading to v1.89 I saved a dump of both the EEPROM and the NVM images.
After the update I noticed the NIC is now misbehaving and stops working when I restart Windows 11 ( community.intel.com/t5/Intel-NUCs/Intel-...ct-or-a/td-p/1548693 ).
So I decided to restore v1.85, but when I tried to flash the NVM I got the error "Shared Flash image update FAILED! FLASHimage authentication failed"
I tried a second time and eeupdatew64e.exe got stuck for 1 hour and I had to reboot the NUC.
Now if I try to flash the NVM I get the error "Shared Flash image update FAILED! Pointers in Shadow RAM are corrupted".
It looks like the I225-V is completely bricked now🤦🏻

You have an I225-V or LM Rev 1.x , 2.x , then try to update the bios, the drivers

Configuration
Asus Z790 Pro Art, Intel Cpu I7 14700K, Memoires 32Go Corsair DDR5 (6000Mhz CL30), Water-cooling Thermaright, nVidia Geforce RTX3060,  Alimentation Asus ROG 850W, Samsung SSD 990 Pro, SSD980 Pro, Clavier Roccat Vulkan , Souris Asus, Boitier NZXT H6, HP Creative SB Kratos Free Fibre 10Gb Cable CAT8/7, Switch 10/5/2.5Gbps, Casque Philips Fedelis.

My Intel NUC12 has a I225-V Rev 3 (PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_15F3&SUBSYS_22D817AA&REV_03) which now, after flashing the NVM v1.89 has a Lenovo branding (SUBSYS_22D817AA)🤦🏻
I flashed the NUC with the latest BIOS which however doesn't update the NIC NVM.
I'm using the latest Windows 11 driver (e2fn.inf 2.1.3.15), but I'm not sure how is this affecting the NVM flashing process.
