I secure erased my drives and did a clean install of the "Final ISO"
on the 24th

There's no way the code is final its still quite buggy
Eject doesnt even work 95% of the time

I have had this problem ejecting USBs since 24h2 (26100.1) and only on USB keys (or peripherals) larger than 32GB
No relation to 25h2

LL A77F - Rampage VI Extreme Encore - 10980XE @4.7ghz - G.Skill Trident-Z RGB Royal 4x8Go @4000 C16 - EVGA RTX 2080ti XC Ultra - Seasonic Prime Ultra Titanium 1000W - Intel Optane 905P et Samsung 990 Pro - Asus Xonar Phoebus

Makes no sense to me, the update from 24H2 to 25H2 is a small Enablement Package KB5054156 (~160KB), so if you have any bugs, then they were already in 24H2 with your machine.
It's not like the update from 23H2 to 24H2
I upgraded my 5 machines with KB 5054156 (incl. a Surface 2 Go) to 25H2 and all is fine.

Cheers
Tom

I have restored my Windows 10 Image tbh Windows 10 runs so much better anyway

The image i downloaded the files on the iso where dated 6/09/25 i noticed the image link changed and the newer image is 15/09/25 inside the iso
so it may well have been a buggy image that got pulled

I installed the 15/09/25 image on my Intel N100 thing no problems with eject sofar

I may do my main pc at a later date

If it's Build 6718 then you are on the latest release preview.
Btw. I download the latest final or release preview from Uudump

Cheers
