Hello to all of you and thank you again for your loyalty,

Of course I am aware that there may still be work to do but the biggest part is done

#4530
I decided to try Windows Enterprise LTSC 2024 on a test machine  to see if the bloat is bearable
i7-8086k, Z390 M Gaming, 64GB 3500 16-18-18-36-CR1, Vega64 Nitro+, Dual Port 2.5G RTL8125B & ASM1806 (PCIe Switch)

Proceeded to disable VBS via Memory Integrity
it stays on so you have to do a reg key to fully disable it

Installed the latest Realtek Windows 11 Nic Drivers
Ran some iperf3 tests
normal was fine 248Gbits/sec
-r was all over the place up and down 500mbit 1Gbits/sec 1.78Gbits/sec 400mbit 2.48Gbits/sec 300mbit etc

Tested lots of things including replacing the card with a single port card with no pcie switch on it
Get-NetAdapterRSC i seen that RSC is in the Windows 11 Realtek Drivers so disabled RSC as that can cause up's and downs with AQC113/AQC113C atleast not this huge though
1 in 4 at 6.xxGbits/sec instead of 9.xxGbits/sec
no difference

In the end i replaced the Realtek Nic driver with the windows 10 Ndis driver all is fine now a constant 2.48Gbits/sec

I wont be be using the Windows 11 Nic drivers again for Realtek Atleast
I will check in on them in a year or two.. but it may just be the nature of the driver model going too crazy with power savings over performance

Edit i have done the same on my 14900KS+Z790 Aorus Pro X with an RTL8126 its much better on this pc with the windows 11 driver
with much smaller dips with -R (oddly the Windows 10 Driver perform badly on the RTL8126 on windows 11 with large dips 60% of the time)
the RTL8126 uses a different windows 11 driver rt26cx21x64.inf

14900KS+Z790 Aorus Pro X with an RTL8126 (Will get a screenshot with the 8086K with an RTL8125B next time i turn it on)
