you try to deactivate the usb port of the setup then reactivate it

I try to deactivate the usb 3.1 ports of the setup BIOS then reactivate it. Same issue. Asmediatool does not detect firmware, so can not start update firmware. See the attacked screen shot.

Before kill me usb 3.1 app show firmware. After that does not show.
By the way USB 3.1 from sabertooth x99 has maximum speed of 638 MB/s. I try to update the asmedia beleve in new firmware that will increase speed, but kill my usb 3.1 .
Now I purchase a pciex asmedia card usb type C with support up to 20Gbps.
