Support for OpenVINO 2024.3.
• Added Intel® Core™ Ultra Processors (V-SKUs) support, formerly codenamed Lunar Lake.
• The name displayed for the NPU device in Microsoft Windows® Device Manager and 
Task Manager is aligned with the NPU brand name: Intel® AI Boost.
Fixed Issues
• Microsoft Co-pilot performance and accuracy improvements over the previous release.
• Enable and optimize Lenovo View Video enhancer use case:
o Fix compilation issues associated with Magix ISV, specifically the colorization 
features and depth estimation, have been resolved.
