In one of my old Desktop, where I've been using Intel i5 2500k, it was all fine & up-to-date with the driver version 9.17.10.4459 Dated 19th May 2016

H/W Ids are

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0112&SUBSYS_20028086&REV_09
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0112&SUBSYS_20028086
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0112&CC_030000
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0112&CC_0300

but today, Dumo listed the v10.17.10.4229 as a new available update for HD Graphics driver 3000 over the already installed driver.

When I searched over the internet for the new v10.17.10.4229, found that driver here in DriverHub

But after installation that, it shows this

In Device Manager & DirectX Diagnostic Tool, the driver version shows as v10.17.10.4229 dated 30th May 2016, but inside Intel Graphics & Media Control panel it's still showing the old version.

Moreover, The new driver v10.17.10.4229 isn't WHQL certified & showing someone Named Karl Sabo as the digital Signer in device manager, the same is reflected in the DXDIAG Windows under the notes section i.e. the driver DLL files ain't digitally signed from WHQL.

Can anyone tell me what's the actual latest driver that's available for this hardware? & is there any link for the new 10.17.10.4229 version which is WHQL certified?

That should teach you to never install drivers from shady places or DUMO or any such silly software.

Nothing new for me to learn, I know all these basics, but my question & query isn't about whether anyone should install any uncertified NON-WHQL driver or not, rather my post is about finding that digitally signed WHQL version of driver 10.17.10.4229 which I searched over the internet, didn't find any, henced asked & posted here.

More to add, initially, without installing, how can anyone know whether this driver I mentioned here or any other driver is digitally signed & WHQL or not?

And I forgot to mention earlier, I'm currently on Windows 10 Pro 20H2 v19042.450 & I thought that version 10.17.10.4229 is maybe not for the Windows 10 OS, maybe for the lower windows version i.e. Win7 or Win8 or 8.1, but after searching over the internet I found much evidence that many others are running that same grap[hics driver version on Windows 10, here are some of the screenshot I have taken

This driver is for Windows 7 and Windows 8.1, the Security catalogue shows OSAttr 2:6.1,2:6.2 which refers to Windows 7 (6.1) and Windows 8.1 (6.2)
Only driver v9.17.10.4459 shows OSAttrib 2:10.0 which means Windows 10.
I think the 10.17.10.4229 is made from Intel Package 15.28.24.4229 but only the inf file was modified. The binaries are still original Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 compatible.

Cheers
Tom

Thanks but this ain't v10.17.10.4229, this is an older version v9.17.10.4229 dated 26th May 2015.

Older even from my existing driver v9.17.10.4459 dated 19th May 2016.
