I installed for a test on my notebook, runs fine, but also weird name in the device manager.
Maybe install the 1191 version

Oh I took care of the problem easily, just hooked a monitor up to a port directly attached to the Nvidia chip and reverted the drivers.

I was just reporting that Windows did not like this install at all and was complaining about certificates.

Apart from the Digital Certification/WHQL (Intel signed, not my MSFT LAB) issue & Wired name in Device manager
this new v9999 also break windows night light settings after installation.

TousLesDrivers lists the driver as Beta (opposite to Intel), I updated the initial post

Intel released in addition also Graphics Beta DCH Drivers v30.0.101.9999 on December 14, 2021 for Windows® 10 & Windows® 11 for Intel® NUC Kit with 11th Gen CPU.
Despite targeting only 11th Gen NUC, there is also support for Skylake, Apollo Lake, Kaby Lake, Coffee Lake (some), Gemini Lake (some) included.

The 9999 driver was removed because it leaked a lot of info on the upcoming ARC GPUs. Plus, it was more like for internal testing than public use.
