There is an addition to be made to your list, to the very beginning.

The first version that talked to DG2 was 30.0.101.3262, per 56A0 ID.

It has higher power limits as well I believe. I think it would go to 285W if I remember correctly.

You are right, this is listed among others in the "iigd_dch_d.inf", but the list would grow longer.
Anyway, the Alchemist/DG2 is listed under Platforms.
