Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

Object Name not found.
tried every USB front and back
USB 3 and USB 2

i have found a USB c lead would this be better than USB 3

the port that is causing the problem and it is from AMD or Asmedia could you capture me from the device manager with the port that is causing the problem thank you
