Tiny mistake, on the download page for the Intel PROSET/Wireless Wifi/Bluetooth software Version 23.80.0.7 WHQL it shows "Bluetooth Version Inclus: 08/13/2024,23.80.0.3 (SDP)".
This is not correct and should be FMP,

Maybe can clarify that the new driver pack Realtek RTL-81xx Drivers Version 11.21.0903.2024-14092024 only support power saving.
