Removed E35D and E370 from PTL (HSDES# 16028634893)

HSDES = Hardware/Software Design Engineering System

It turns out that my latest Universal Intel Chipset Device Updater  database  does not include removed HWIDs
— currently there is no mention of E370 or E35D, which is exactly how it should be.

These were most likely:

• ES/QS only
• cancelled SKUs
• or IDs that were changed in the final silicon

Bizarre que le chipset Skylake-E  soit spécifié sur la Release et pas dans le package idem le nouveau chipset WildcatLake ?
