v1.51.334 of the Realtek Audio Control app recently available from pal1000's unofficial-uad-generic github page

edit: avoid downloading & using any of the 2.51.x versions of Realtek Audio Control as they require a brand new HSA file that is not publicly released yet.
stay with the 1.51.x or older versions

follow up (late July 2024): v2.51.333.0 of Realtek Audio Control is no longer available from the MS store anymore
only versions 2.51.335.0 & 2.51.336.0 of Realtek Audio Control are available but requires at least a valid RealtekRS5HSA.inf file (there's v12.0.6000.335 of the RealtekRS5HSA.inf file packaged inside the Realtek Service 1.0.768.0 / HSA 11.0.6000.334 Component driver from MS Update) AND can only be obtained if Component ID "SWC\VEN_10EC&HID_0021" was registered thru one of the Realtek device EXT INF files as the RealtekRS5HSA.inf file only mentions ID "HID_0021" and not the older "HID_0001" & "HID_0011" IDs.
 

Today, for the first time, Microsoft Store in Windows 11 updated the Realtek Audio Control application to version 1.51.342.0. Until now, I had to manually download the installation file and install the update or update the Realtek HSA driver. And today, such a nice surprise, I look and I have the latest version that updated itself.

 

The last version is RealtekAudioControl_1.51.345.0_neutral, is working,

The RealtekAudioControl_2.51.340.0_neutral is not update because this package depends on a device driver that could not be found. One of the following device drivers must be installed: {[Realtek-RealtekRS5HSA.inf, 12.0.6000.340, 2024-08-06]}
