try plugging it into a usb 2.0 or 3.0 port because I had a crash and I managed to update it to USB 3.2 instead of my Thunderbolt port

My Drive dont recognise on mptool, any ideia ?

Try on a USB 2.0 port because maybe some controllers are not supported by the MPTOOL
