Personally, this doesn't affect my Z890 with Intel Core Ultra drivers; it must only affect ARC cards. 

From what I understand it's just the Discrete Graphic's card and I'm not certain if it affects all of them or not,I don't mind because the video encoding speeds are very high with the ARC Graphic's cards and the Intel QSV encoding option in HandBrake offers very high compression without hurting the video quality.
