HECI driver is for Windows 7 and 8 only 

Nope, the WHQL signature lists also Windows 10 in the Win8 folder.

Edit: it's the same driver like package v2233.3.26.0, only Windows 8 is now also additional certified.

Yes MS certified them for W10/11 but they are not "optimized" for them

The sys file is TEEDriverW8x64.sys, for Windows 10/11 it is TEEDriverW10x64.sys

But it works, just that it's better to use those provided for the OS
I had discussed it on the Intel forum for Windows 10

As I said, the HECI driver carries the same version number as in the previous package, I cannot judge whether it is optimized for Windows 10/11 or not.
For me it looks more like a bugfix release, considering that there are several drivers missing compared to the previous version and the HECI driver adds the Windows 7/8 support.
The Teedriver binary carries also the same version number, however the Windows 10 binary is slightly bigger size.
Anyway, a Windows 10/11 user won't "update" the driver if he had already the previous package installed.
