Download link to Realtek HD Audio (UAD) Drivers Version R2.8x (9556.1) WHQL {Gigabyte} is now broken & no longer working

Gigabyte recently posted a revised/re-released 6.0.9556.1 driver package on Mon. Oct. 23.
the "old" original 6.0.9556.1 gigabyte driver package was removed from their web site.

The link on the homepage for the Intel I219, I217, I218 Serie Lan Drivers Version 12.19.2.56 WHQL leads directly to the driver index, moreover when navigating to Intel -> LAN -> Drivers, it leads back to the driver index again.
