Driver is inside the Rar File. Delete the Driver Updater Software after extract. The Software is not recommend

Sometimes I check the Microsoft Catalog ( catalog.update.microsoft.com/ ) website to see if I can obtain or list a new driver. To me it seems i'm struggling with sorting on date. I can't get a good query without many obsolete drivers (ie not the latest).
Any tips on a good driver query or at least how to sort on date? (newest first?)

For example I could find this driver on the catalog site but not the latest version.

This driver is part of the Intel XTU app and should be always more up to date in their releases, than MS cat
