v6.0.9527.1 UAD drivers from MS Update (all oem 9527 posted 7/21/2023, asus 9527 posted 8/02/2023) - requires at least Win10 v1709 build 16299 or greater:

( direct cab download to 9527 all oem driver - size 12.1Mb)
( direct cab download to 9527 asus driver - size 11.6Mb)

note - all 9527 INF files mention "PnpLockDown=1" in the [Version] section

Hi, I need the latest version of the realtek hda audio driver for the acer aspire f5-573G I found the latest Realtek High Definition Audio (HDA) Version 6.0.9524.1 but it won't install and I have the ALC255 audio codec but for acer aspire f5-573G not working

The driver you linked is a UAD driver and not, as written on the linked site, a HDA driver.
9273 is, to my knowledge, the last HDA driver.
