which is the difference between "Version 250717_85_00_00 & 250717_00_00_00" and "Version 231005_85_02_03"?

I found two drivers as below

Hello Version 250717_85_00_00 which always ends up as 85.00.00 is specially designed for USB4/Thunderbolt external enclosures and Version 00.00.00 is specially designed for PCI-E conversion devices such as USB4/PCI-E adapters

Sais-tu pourquoi le PRODUCT ID est défini sur 2463 alors que le chipset est un ASM2464PD ?
