Any new solutions?
I have also a Asus B550-F and bricked my device after updating it to 1.94.
I  wasn´t able to downgrade to 1.89 again, because I got an FLASHimage authentication failed.
Saidly I have no Backup...

I managed to flash the nic in ubuntu. Now it worked also in windows. But I think I have mixed firmware 1.89 and 1.94.
The eeupdate doesn´t work in Windows and give me still the error.
Now it´s possible to use nvmupdate again.
I write down my old Device ID etc.

@nightfly2000I have the Intel i225 controller on my X870E mobo and it's a terrible device anyway,I installed the driver for my device the first time I used my new system then I had to do a reformat and install Windows again and the driver installed fine but then my PC would disconnect from the Internet all the time,after I did a bunch of research I found out that the i225 has a lot of problems with not staying connected to the Internet.

I know your not having problems with your i225 disconnecting from the Internet but I purchased this PCI-e card as it is a cheap solution with a Realtek RTL8125B and if you get that card the driver hosted here at station drivers for it as well.

If you only have spare long PCI-e slots and no short ones this card will still work just fine in a long or shirt slot as well,I have tried it both ways.
