The system driver has the still the date from July 16, 2016 called "e1c65x64.sys"
NDIS 68 was introduced with Windows 10, 1709, however your card is not supporting new specifications, so you won't find in the NDIS68 folder any driver for the card.
You can check the NDIS 68 folder, you'll find in the inf files the supported NIC's

Franchement il fonctionne bien les chipsets Intel surtout le I219-V, par contre le I219-L était truffé de bugs lui
Par contre je préfère l'ancien Proset au nouveau

Moi aussi je préfère.

Parfois le pilote ne répond pas immédiatement au démarrage.
