In CMD, launch the command flashUpdate2.exe -h; you will have options to force the update.

 



 
The reflash doesn’t work because the updater does not see the correct four parts ID. So it doesn’t reset the card to start the flashing procedure. Am I missing something?

Regarding the integrated cards, do you know if the firmware is included into motherboard bios?

No, the AQC113 chipset has internal firmware.

Chipset gets detected in Windows. The card comes up as QNAP QXG card with 2 x 10G Ports but there is an exclamation mark in device manager for both NICs. I can see it's HWID from device manager but the updater fails to fetch the 4 parts ID and is not even able to reset them to begin firmware installation.
