no, it's not
v10.037.1028.2019 represent the date 28th Oct (10th Month) of 2019

whereas

v10.37.1119.2019 is 19th Nov (11th month) of 2019

build compilation date & numbers are identical. So by that vv10.37.1119.2019 is a different & newer build than v10.037.1028.2019

Driver Package is v10.37.1119.2019 because WHQL driver files are dated from November 18, 2019, the driver itself is v10.037.1028.2019.

There is a new version for the Realtek Lan driver.

Driver files are dated 10.038.1118.2019 and the package is dated 10038_12202019.

tried & tested. Same version & same date, i.e. 10.38.1118.2019 dated 18th Nov 2019, no change in date as mentioned in post i.e.01202020, at least in my test machine.

yup. still v10.38.1118.2019 for Win10 as I checked the driver files myself from the 10038_01202020 package.
in fact there were no changes for the Win7 (7129) & Win8.1 (8075) LAN driver versions as well. just only 1202020 repacks of them.
