ESD = right here

both revised 1809 ESD and ISO downloads (build 17763.107) are available from Adguard WZT

also, enterprise, ltsc & server 2019 downloads (based on 1809) from VLSC have also been updated to build 17763.107. check the MDL forums Win10 section for the latest Win10 ISO/ESD downloads for these editions
