new problem with the KB4495667 update (build 17763.475) - this update causes some Creative X-FI audio cards (like X-FI XtremeGamer) to no longer work correctly [aka. no sound or yellow exclamation mark "!" for Creative X-FI Audio Device in Device Manager]
