Fixed Issues in Version 551.68 WHQL
This hotfix addresses the following issues:
  • Using NVENC to encode videos may result in corrupted videos or error message on GeForce GTX 1630/GeForce GTX 1650/GeForce GTX 1650 Ti GPUs

I wonder if Nvidia will ever get it right. Every driver almost always needs a Hotfix.
