Hope this Realtek USB 2.0/3.0 Card Reader 10.0.x drivers forum topic gets moved to the proper "Card Reader Drivers & firmwares" section of this forum

Realtek USB 2.0/3.0 Card Reader Driver version 10.0.22621.31279 from Microsoft Update Catalog (both 32bit & 64bit editions):

( x86/32bit download - posted 4/27/2023)  ( x64/64bit download - posted 4/14/2023) = both downloads have generic RtsUer.inf file

Realtek USB 2.0/3.0 Card Reader Driver version 10.0.22621.31279 from Fujitsu and Hewlett-Packard
