Hate to be the bringer of bad news, but this driver only supports Intel® UHD Graphics 630 Gen9 (CoffeeLake) GPUs and judging by the folder name and SubSystem IDs probably only for Dell.

Opposite to what is Intel writing, 6th generation Skylake GPUs are not supported with this driver.
