About the issue you had with the enclouser is specific of the PM9B1 ?

its specific to the PM9B1 and is the same with any ASM2364 firmware

Do you know the thickness, and thermal characteristics of the thermal pad provided in the package with the enclosure, in case I need to replace it ?
My enclouser at idle report 35°C, seem a bit hight ....

Its just your usual generic china 5 W/mk pad at a guess 1 or 1.5mm you need as thick as it takes to close the enclosure with a slight bit of pressure but not to much
to thin and it wont transfer the heat
35°C is fine its in an enclosure not a huge pc with airflow 75°C is high
MY Axe Speedy+ 1TB usb stick is 63°C at idle that thing is hot
your cooler than all of my ssd's in my main pc which has 6 140mm case fans
and a small fan blowing over the ssd's
