PS. This v2.22.2 version supports your chip:
But there is a little difference:
Version 2.09 was compiled in Visual Studio 2013
Version 2.22.2 was compiled in Visual Studio 2019
You have to install vcredist_x64.exe but for 2019 version. In the v2.09 package there is only 2013 version.
learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/la...istributable-version
x64: aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
I am pretty sure that proper drivers and VS2019 will make Realtek tool to be able to detect any supported chip.

It seems like the issue is with the drivers. Try installing the latest version of the Realtek RTL8153 drivers from the provided link. Use RtPGtoolUI instead of the standalone RTUNicPG64, and ensure the RtlDirectDiagLib64.dll is copied to "C:\Windows\System32\drivers". If you're using version 2.22.2, make sure the drivers are up to date, or try using an older version like 2.12.
