You basically need only the "FWUpdLcl64.exe" from the package and flash it in DOS Window (CMD prompt) and type in the command.

Quick question, what command should I enter to flash it because I'm looking for it and can't find it anywhere, and the FWUpdLcl64.exe file itself displays an error when I run it from .exe?

a newer version of the CSE ME firmware 11.8.95.4551 Prod ConsLP SPTKBP-LP C NPDM.bin.zip (1.3 MB) has been released, do you know what it introduces?
