goodnight!
I found the problem related to my network card disconnecting and it might help someone here.
My problem, believe it or not, was related to the power supply.
The 3.3v phase of the power supply is responsible for powering the chipset, ram memory, etc...
It turns out that in my source the 3.3v line was showing only 2,800v in the Bios, meaning that in a scenario where the hardware (network card) requested energy for the peak of use (online game), the drop occurred due to insufficient energy.
I hope using this helps someone to troubleshoot the problem if they still haven't identified the cause.

hi EDU5k, I don't think it comes from the firmware because me and others have seen an alteration in performance but rather an improvement, check that the network cable, the internet network and others are not the problem
I have two I225-LM boards; one with new and the other with firmware 1.89, no worries
Change drivers to see if that changes
Edmarts Good
I believe for me that the latest I225/226 drivers of the 28.2 pack are less efficient ?
