Have you tried selecting the files with by clicking on the folders that are circled in red in the picture that you included.

I have had to try installing older firmware a few times with the RTL9210 controllers before,for whatever reason they can be a real pain when they want to be and then after installing an older firmware a lot of the time the firmware that wouldn't load the files or even let me select them now would after installing older firmware.

Also you can try contacting this seller on aliexpress they are the JEYI company and you can try asking them for the proper firmware for your device as well.
