Its for onboard nic on Gigabyte Z790 Auros Master.
I have tried about everything.
Part ID works to grab.
Every command in about every version of kickstart.
Tried flashing with every single version of Flashupdate.
Tried --erase, --recover --reflash --update... Etc
I get on like all of these if I use verbose.
Connected to device '0000-06:00.0'
Register 0x00003048: 0xffffffff : 11111111 11111111 11111111 11111111
Register 0x00003040: 0x00000001 written
Register 0x00003040: 0xffffffff : 11111111 11111111 11111111 11111111
Register 0x00003040: 0xffffffff : 11111111 11111111 11111111 11111111

And then it keeps going on forever.

I have a Z690 aorus master it flashes fine with the standard updater

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll give it another read, but I really doubt I missed a step. I've already gone through all 23 pages multiple times, made sure VBS and Secure Boot are completely disabled, and I'm booting from Hiren's CD.
The frustrating part is that it flashed perfectly fine 4-6 months ago. Since then, nothing. Now the NIC is completely dead, and any attempt to fix it just hangs on this exact output:
