The SSD controller is the IG5236 (Rainier) from InnoGrit, a DRAM cache chip is available. Fanxiang has installed 128-layer TLC NAND flash on the S770, the flash chips are made by YMTC Chinese memory chip maker Name: Xtacking 2.0 (CDT1B) Deckinterface buffer layer which is the same process with KIOXIA 112L BiCS 3D NAND structure size layout. To improve write speeds, a pseudo-SLC cache is used. Performance is very good but not sure with the Lifetime.Yangtze Memory Technologies

Je viens d'acheter ce SSD en version 1To, après avoir vu pas mal d'avis qui disaient qu'il était pas si mal que ca même si c'est pas une marque que je connais franchement. Ce firmware est compatible que pour la version 2To c'est ça ?
