This driver was released as an optional update in the "Windows 11 26100.3915" preview channel. However, since some users experienced a speed decrease, it seems as if they removed the 1030.52.424.2025 driver. For that reason, some users have already reverted to the 1030.52.325.2025 driver.Unfortunately, I could not find the driver.

Realtek WiFi driver 1030.52.424.2025 does not provide full strength - Microsoft Community
