Yeah, I have these also, though my extension is *.bin.
Btw. they are located in %localappdata%\AMD.

The ones located in appdata are normal
i have 1 file in C:\.Cache

I think you can delete these, I don't have these and AMD normally creates an installation folder in C:\AMD.

you can only delete it if the driver is stopped
and as soon as you restart the driver its created again

Possible solution: community.amd.com/t5/pc-drivers-software...4kb-files/m-p/369271
And you may have to check Registry for the wrong entry, like I wrote above it should be in %localappdata%\AMD.
I assume that there is a game or application creating this.
