do you have your factory dump so i can compare it to mine plz@QuadDamage Well ok, something is indeed strange with 1.5.42.
After the update it survived a reboot without a problem, but not a power off & power on.
So, for now I will go back to 1.3.33 (with ASPM) and test the other 1.5.x versions later again.
This is my 1.3.33 image: www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/okyhfc7c73m08baty...30e&st=qiogb195&dl=0
The rest of the 1MB flash is filled with 0xff.

my dump is identical to yours
have you already tried 1.5.42?
i just tried flashing it from you bundle and like last time, the card was gone after power off&on.
and i noticed you use the exact same mac value for all versions, while the last part usually changes with the version. though i'm not sure how important that is...

i know the firmware revison is the same but i want to compare where the unique data is and what it is etc.. (on a known factory dump)
yes 1.5.42 is fine on both of mine
try going back to your factory dump (without using the patcher)
flashupdate2 --reflash ATL2-8.0.1_AGENT_sign.CLX AQC113-Fenvi_Factory_Dump_1.3.21_bdp_aqsign.clx (in my case)
power down
then flash 1.5.42 after its back up

our dumps are absolutely identical, byte for byte. so there is no difference between two cards of the same model.
have you tried completely turning off power?
if you have wake on lan enabled, i wonder if power off is more like a reboot in your case, as the card stays active.
i already recovered my card with the CH341 (still have my quick-swap solution for the flash chip in place).
