I have SPI dumps of two Cards if people are desperate to recover
AQC113 PCIE 4.0 x4 Card PCB SR-PT01-ACQ113
My specific one is Nicgiga but it is rebadged by a few brands
Its SPI comes with AQC113-DirtyWake_Bx-1.5.38_bdp_aqsign.clx no unique mac or anything
If you can get a hold of the file you can reflash it as follows
flashupdate2 --reflash ATL2-8.0.1_AGENT_sign.CLX AQC113-DirtyWake_Bx-1.5.38_bdp_aqsign.clx
kickstart2
AQC113C PCIE 3.0 x2 Card
My specific one is Fenvi but it is rebadged by a few brands
Its SPI comes with AQC113-Fenvi_Factory_Dump_1.3.21_bdp_aqsign.clx no unique mac or anything
If you can get a hold of the file you can reflash it as follows (im not sure of its orig file name as i cant find a set of 1.3.21 to compare the files for the orig name)
flashupdate2 --reflash ATL2-8.0.1_AGENT_sign.CLX AQC113-Fenvi_Factory_Dump_1.3.21_bdp_aqsign.clx
kickstart2
Both update to 1.5.42 fine i havnt used 1.5.45 due to being locked at pcie 3.0

BTW I took the risk and updated my motherboard Asus X870E ProArt AQC113CS. I used --update command and didn't bother with PS1 file. The update was a success where firmware updated from 1.3.24 to 1.5.45. I can see that the card initializes quicker upon boot.
The QNAP is a dual 10G port card and somehow got borked or confused the updater.
