the pack was for linux I decompressed and recovered the firmware, it should work normally if you can confirm me

One more question, can i use FWUpdLcl64 to upgrade ME in a Dell Inspiron 7400 laptop? Is it safe? Thanks again!

Yes but check with MEinfo which version you have either H-S or LP and either 1.5MB or 5MB
