are the files identical
that package had alot of bt drivers that where 23.70.0.2

i just installed it
only 3 of the inf's are newer than 23.70.0.2 the same as the one you linked

edit
i just installed it
only 3 of the inf's are newer than 23.70.0.2 the same as the one you linked
 
Because Intel only updated GFP and FMP to v23.70.3.1, all other devices stay on 23.70.0.2.
