The update is minor and just brings an improvement to the start menu and should be offered soon via Windows update.

I used the msu yesterday on 24H2 IOT LTSC Enterprise and it went to 25H2 but no new start menu has been pushed yet
I used the msu also yesterday on a 2 day old install of 24H2 Pro September 2025 en-gb ISO install no 25H2 features enabled even though it id's as 25H2

I think i will update my main PC to 11 when the new features go live
i really love the Windows 10 start menu it has been the first good start menu in about 15 years
with actual usability for end users and the pushed Recomendations on windows 11's start menu really put me off it

Windows 11 Debloats just as well as 10 if you know what you are doing
Edge uninstalls fine 
Windows Defender disables just fine and  such
all the pushed apps can be removed from the os for all accounts just fine like 10
you can roll back the explorer junk menu obfuscation with registry keys just fine

The only thing that bugs me really is when you click network like so
there's like a 1 second load delay on windows 11 for some reason
drawing the buttons

Thanks Shonk. I didn't notice any difference in the Start menu. I have to say, I did a quick look.
Windows 25H2 is just the beginning of Windows 12, I think, if it ever sees the light of day.
