The following driver cannot be installed for Generic Intel 6th to 10th generation graphics:  Intel UHD & Iris Graphics Drivers Version 31.0.101.2141 (2)  
According to the inf-file it is a customized driver:
***** Fujitsu GLK, KBL, CFL und CML 4-Part-IDs added.  All other PCI_IDs removed.
; ***** Lenovo ExtensionId {CF008891-09B0-484C-81DA-235A147206CF} added.
Please add a note for this driver.

Hi Tom, I double-checked that all the chipsets were supported, so it was a mistake on my part; I'm going to delete it.
Asus Z890 ProArt, Intel Cpu Core Ultra 7 265K, Memoires 32Go Corsair DDR5 (6000Mhz CL30), Water-cooling Thermaright, nVidia Geforce RTX4060,  Alimentation Gigabyte 850W, Samsung SSD 990 Pro, SSD9100 Pro, Steelserie Pro , Souris Razer, Boitier HUMMER, HP Steelserie, Free Fibre Ultra (8Go/8Go), Lan 10Gb, Cable CAT8/7, Switch 10/5/2.5Gbps, Casque Philips Fedelis.

You are right, they are listed in the package, but commented out.
So, neither the installer nor the manual installation would have worked.
