Sir: Please adjust the audio volume on the little video ad on the lower right that resists being disabled. The audio volume is unnecessarily loud.Thanks.

Hi, I can't do that, but you can disable it via your browser's settings menu.

what kind of computer are you using and what web browsers do you have?

I'm not experiencing that kind of volume problem on many of my desktop & laptop PCs

Windows 10 64 bit (build 19045.7417)., Google Chrome Browser. Grok suggested the Chrome extension "QuietWeb", which I'm currently trying out.
Note: Station-Drivers is the only problematic web site with booming loud audio. Any other web site has audio volume that is okay.
Admin said: "Hi, I can't do that, but you can disable it via your browser's settings menu. "
However, I'm not seeing the setting that would sisable pop-up video audio for one particular web site.
