AMD PSP Driver is updated from 5.34 to 5.36 in this package.

AMDPSP v5.36.0.0 -
Major changes to this driver package include:
- Add PSP->Client notification when PSP gets hibernate notification
- Prevents client's stale memory access

AMDPSP v5.35.0.0 -
Major changes to this driver package include:
- remove redundant notifications to PMF, add protection against unforseen idle requests

The AMD PSP driver v5.36 dated 15.11.2024 was already part of the recently published AMD Chipset drivers Set v6.11.26.250.
