If you just have a disk activity LED problem you can configure it via the *.cfg file by comparing it with the original one or others but for the LED strips yes you need a *.bin file to activate the strip

because the LED bin file is too old (from 2023), Although it has been configured the same as the original dump file, but the LED did not work as originally enclosure version; therefore we need to update LED bin file.
I sent email to Ugreen support, hope they can ship suitable firmware.

impeccable do you have the *.bin file of the LEDs because I am interested in it for my boxes

It shipped with 1.32.82 version, but too old. You can try it.
1. Download firmware version as link below
2. Select View/Led bin
3. update firmware

Thank you, I managed to make a part work and by changing the led line of the CFG file now the part flashes but not on the whole part, too bad
