How to bookmark pages from the repo?

hey,
i would like to save some bookmarks of my needed stuff in here, on my account, just same like i can do with forum´s topics.
e.g. Realtek-High-Definiton-Audio-USB-(HDA-UAD)/UAD/MSI/Realtek-HD-Audio-USB-ALC4082-4080-Firmware-Version-0513 somewhere stored in my account, and not in the browser...
Is this possible? Then please show me how.
If not, would it be implemented one day?
oh, btw, before i forget: What tha heck is an "Remository" ??? ...please explain^^
