- HKR,,*IdleRestriction,0,"1" (Idle Restrictions enabled)

Power-saving support:
- HKR,Ndi\params\PowerSavingMode,    Default,    0, "1"
-- HKR,,PowerSavingMode,0,"1" (Power-saving enabled)
- HKR,Ndi\params\*IdleRestriction,        Default,    0, "0"
- HKR,,*IdleRestriction,0,"0" (Idle Restrictions disabled)

anyone know why they released a driver with powersaving disabled
to work around a bug?

Some Realtek 2.5GbE have issues with powersaving mode since 2021 year.

Yes, driver versions for both of these W10 & W11 packs are the same old that released back in July-Aug 2023 a few months ago,
